Mikelina Boutique Hotel

Location is near highway so it is convenient to drive out without traffic. Breakfast was good and the dining place was a plus with swimming pool in the front yard. It was nice sitting on the sofa under the sunshine.

Where do we start? A lovely hotel, beautiful decor, comfortable rooms, with a great breakfast, and above all fantastic staff. Every member of the Mikelina team was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay. We loved spending time in the hotel, and anything we needed, Christian, Christina, or any of the fabulous team members would help us get it. We'd love to come back and stay here again. Thanks for such a great time!

It is a lovely hotel, with a really nice atmosphere and ambience. It also has lovely outdoor areas. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. It is very tastefully decorated, both in the public areas and in the bedrooms. Rooms are a very good size. While it is about 30 minutes taxi to the city centre, it is just 15 minutes from the airport.

This hotel is a hidden gem and was a great location for us to stay and chill by the pool after our cruise, as our flight home had been cancelled. We had already toured in Athens prior so didn’t want to go back into the city and didn’t fancy going to the airport hotel early as that would have been a wasted day. We were able to check into our room really early - just after 10am and we booked the airport shuttle for the following morning. We more or less had the pool to ourselves in the morning, had lunch and then dinner at night there - all very delicious! The staff were incredibly friendly and it felt like home from home (without the good weather and pool!). Booked as a stop gap but we were sad to leave and will definitely be back when in Athens for a hotel close to the airport.

We spent 2 very pleasant days/nights here at Christmas. The special ambience of the hotel is very relaxing and the service provided is really great. A special thank you goes to the front desk staff, especially Ms. Gloria. And - mea culpa! - unfortunately, we didn't ask the nice man on the day of arrival, who organized a good dinner for us and served it professionally, for his name... sorry for that! The rooms are modernly furnished and everything is in excellent condition. The breakfast buffet offering was very good for our needs. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city in a quiet location, although it should be mentioned that the surrounding businesses can be a little noisy during the day. It was extremely quiet during our stay, with no annoying street noise from the nearby street. Since the nearest restaurants are a bit away, there is a menu. As already mentioned, the selected menu is organized and served by the front desk. Drinks are available at the hotel. We are glad that we discovered this hotel. And since we're traveling by car anyway, this hotel will regularly serve as a base camp for our appointments and other activities in Athens. Thank you very much and all the best until next time!
